What does it cost to get started?

Renual Energy provides home upgrades free of charge. To get started, please reach out to our team to find out if your rental properties are a good fit for Renual.

How does installation work across my units?

Renual Energy works with a team of electricians to install solar, batteries, a new air conditioner and an EV charger. The Renual team will work with you to determine if your property is a good candidate for Renual. If so, we'll handle all permitting, installation and maintenance - we'll simply need to work with you and your Residents to coordinate the timing of the install. If you own more than one rental home, Renual will work with you to deploy solar, batteries and home technology across your portfolio.

Do my Residents need to do anything?

Both you and your Residents will need to sign a contract agreeing to buy power from Renual Energy. Renual will work with you and your team to make this process seamless for new Residents.

What happens when I sell the property?

When you sell the property, the new owner has the option to continue the agreement and buy power from Renual. Otherwise, you can buy out the system from Renual by paying off the remaining cost.
