What does it cost to get started?
Renual Energy provides home upgrades free of charge. To get started, please reach out to our team to find out if your rental properties are a good fit for Renual.
How does installation work across my units?
Renual Energy works with a team of plumbers and electricians to install solar, batteries, a new air conditioner and water heater. The Renual team will work with you to determine if your property is a good candidate for Renual. If so, we'll handle all permitting, installation and maintenance - we'll simply need to work with you and your Residents to coordinate the timing of the install. If you own more than one rental home, Renual will work with you to deploy Solar, Batteries and home technology across your portfolio.
Do my Residents need to do anything?
Both you and your Residents will need to sign a contract agreeing to buy power from Renual Energy. Renual will work with you and your team to make this process seamless for new Residents.
