Is there any cost to me for installation?
No - Renual Energy will install the solar, battery and any devices in your home free of charge.
How is my bill calculated?
Renual uses sensors in the solar panels, battery and utility meter to measure exactly how much power is used in every 15 minutes of the day and where that came from. Renual Energy calculates how much energy you used that was generated by the system and then charges you a discounted price for that energy. Residents see a guaranteed 10% savings on energy delivered by the Renual system.
Will my bills go down?
Renual Energy will NEVER charge you more than you would have paid for using an equivalent amount of energy directly from the electricity grid. Energy from the Renual system is guaranteed to be 10% less than the cost of equivalent energy purchased from the grid.
What happens if I move out?
When you move out, you'll simply close out your Renual Energy account and sign up for utility service at your new home. You will not be charged for any electricity used after your move out date.
Do I need to install anything?
No - all permitting, installation and setup is handled by Renual Energy and our contracting teams. Once the equipment is installed it is ready to use - with no extra work from you!
